These terms and conditions apply for your purchase of products from Bonde Atelier ApS through bondeatelier.com.

Placing an order

When placing an order through bondeatelier.com, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.

Prices and payment

The price of a product is the price quoted at bondeatelier.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold-out products. The shipping price, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.

All prices for products at bondeatelier.com are applicable until changed.

You have the choice to pay in DKK, EUR or USD.

All prices are including VAT.

You can pay via online banking or with Dankort® payment card, VISA-Dankort® payment card, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, JCB cards. Transaction fees equal to the rates set by NETS Denmark are added to the payment total. 

Bonde Atelier will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Bonde Atelier’s payment provider. Bonde Atelier has no access to your payment details.

Order confirmation

Bonde Atelier sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.

Bonde Atelier stores a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered into when the order confirmation is sent to you from Bonde Atelier. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact Bonde Atelier, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the order confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, since Bonde Atelier will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.

Shipping

The usual shipping time is between 2 and 6 weekdays for international orders from the date of the order confirmation. Bonde Atelier is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.

The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.

The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the packet pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the webshop when ordering.

The price for shipment inside EU is EUR 18,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 99,00. For purchases for more than EUR 100,00 delivery is free of charge.

Shipping outside EU is EUR 25,00 for purchases totaling less than EUR 159,00. For purchases for more than EUR 160,00 delivery is free of charge.

Please note these prices do not include customs charges that may be applicable in some countries. Please note that UK orders are delivered free of duty & tax.

You may cancel your purchase of the product by:

• notifying Bonde Atelier hereof and returning the product
• refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
• omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this

You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase. The notification should be sent to atelier@bondeatelier.com. You can also use a standard cancellation form and send it to Bonde Atelier, if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can find the form further down this page.

You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).

Returns

When shopping at bondeatelier.com, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days.

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. 

The product(s) you return must be in exact same condition as when received.

You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s) and make sure that the product(s) are returned directly to the address described above and not to a parcel shop.

Products excluded the cancellation right

 Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:

delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.

Since our products are cosmetic products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.

Refund of the purchase amount

You will receive your money back, excluding any shipping costs charged by The Having in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until Bonde Atelier has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.

Complaints procedure

Bondeatelier.com operates in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act as stipulated by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority. Complaints must be made in accordance with the regulations of the Danish Sale of Goods Act. That means that you can complain about flaws and defects, which arise within 2 years after purchase. This may be flaws or manufacturing defects. However, this does not apply to flaws, damage or wear resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or from normal wear and tear.

If your complaint is justified, depending on the specific situation, you can have the item repaired or exchanged, receive a refund or a reduction in price.

You must complain as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

In the event of complaint, flaws and defects or overdue shipments, please email us at atelier@bondeatelier.com.

Our customer care team will decide the proper way to handle your complaint. If the item needs to be returned to us, we will send you a return label to attach to the package. In any case, it is important that you pack the product properly so that it does not get damaged during transport.

When you return an item, please attach a detailed description of the problem.

We do not accept packages that are not delivered directly to us nor packages sent cash on delivery.

Legal Remedies

If you disagree with the way we have handled your complaint, you can lodge a complaint about the online purchase via the European platform for online dispute resolution found on http://ec.europa.eu/odr

If you submit a complaint there, you must provide our email address: atelier@bondeatelier.com.

Personal data

The personal data provided to Bonde Atelier in connection with your purchase at bondeatelier.com (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give Bonde Atelier will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. Bonde Atelier does not collect information about you from other sources.

The personal data are transmitted from you to bondeatelier.com in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by Bonde Atelier in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 5 years and only to the extent permitted by law.

According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.

Credit card information passes through bondeatelier.com to PBS via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Bonde Atelier has no access to your payment card information.

When you enter your email address in connection with your purchase from Bonde Atelier, we may use your email address to contact you regarding your order and regarding the marketing of similar products, unless you request us not to. In addition, Bonde Atelier may use your email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have accepted to receive such marketing material. You can at any time opt out of receiving the material by using the link in the electronic marketing material that you receive.
