OVERSÆT TIL DANSK: You can shop on Bondeparfums.com in two ways:
1. Creating an online account
To sign up for an online account, please visit our Register page. You can use this account to shop the site, add items to your Wishlist and track your orders and returns. For more information on creating an online account, please read our terms and conditions.
2. Using a guest account
If you would like to shop online without signing up for an account, you are welcome to shop as a guest. To get started, add items to your shopping basket as usual and complete your order using our ‘Guest Checkout’ option. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service team to place your order over the phone.
We will send you an email to acknowledge that we have received your order. The email will include your order number, your billing information and a link to Track Your Order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
We start processing your order right after you receive your Order Confirmation and cannot take further payment for additions, or refunds for detractions. Therefore, we are unable to make any amendments to your order. There is a very limited window where we may be able to cancel your order. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team and have your order number and relevant details handy. Please note that your statutory right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations is not affected.

In Denmark and Europe orders are generally delivered within 1-2 working days of dispatch. For other destinations and further information on delivery time and costs see Shipping information section. For information about the status of your parcel or to change the delivery arrangements, contact the carrier’s customer service directly, by providing them with your tracking number.
You have probably placed the order as a Guest customer, which means that you are not registered, therefore it does not appear in your account. If you already had an account when you placed your order, you probably did not log in. Or you simply created the account after placing the order. However, don’t worry, you can still track your order as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Orders are generally processed one working day after we have received them. Unfortunately, due to the high number of purchases, orders may be delayed, and we kindly ask you to be patient. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number that you can use to Order status. If the tracking information is not available at once, it will be updated the same evening or on the first following working day.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Contact our Customer Care at atelier@bondeatelier.com by sending us both the complete article code of the wrong item you received and that of the item you were supposed to receive.
In case you have received a damaged item we kindly ask you to send us a photo too. We will get back to you as soon as possible with information for the exchange or refund. We inform you that we cannot accept returns of items with visible signs of use. All items are inspected once received in our warehouse.
In case of non-reporting to our Customer Care and/or items returned without a confirmed defect we cannot guarantee a refund/exchange.

Go to Returns and follow the guidelines. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with attached the return label you have to print and put on your package before the pick-up. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, you will be refunded. You will receive a last confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
In the “Return & exchanges” you must write:
Your Order ID and that is the order number that you’ll find in all the confirmation emails you have received (remember not to enter #)
Your surname (the surname you wrote when ordering)
E-mail address and postcode (that you wrote when ordering).
You can pay with VISA, Master card, Visa Electron, Google pay MobilePay and Apple Pay.
We charge credit card fees according to the information provided when you choose your payment method.
The purchase amount is reserved on your chosen payment method when you place your order, but the amount will not be withdrawn until the order leaves our warehouse.
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). Neither the Webshop nor any other unauthorized person has an opportunity to view the data exchanged in connection with a purchase.
The currency that you will be charged in is determined by your shipping destination and will be displayed at Checkout before completing your purchase. If your local currency is unavailable, your order will be charged in EUR at a competitive exchange rate.

If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, please check that you have entered the correct card details and that your card has not expired. Please also check that you have entered the correct billing address exactly as it appears on your statement. Alternatively, please use a different card. If that fails, please contact the bank that issued the card for further information. Please note that for your own personal privacy, only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
From time to time, we may make available a promotional code to use on your order. The promotional code should be entered into the relevant field in the shopping basket prior to placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot retrospectively add the promotional code to your order or refund the equivalent amount so please do check your order before placing it. In some cases, you may be able to use your code on your next order, so hold onto it. You can only use one promotional code per transaction.
Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges also vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.
Moisturising (with a fragrance-free cream or oil) before you apply your perfume as the drier your skin, the more quickly it will absorb the fragrance oils. Perfume applied to your hair and/or clothes will last longer than perfume applied to your skin. Applying to pulse points will also help warm and develop the scent. Just remember, when applied near your nose (i.e. your neck), you become desensitised quickly from the constant smell, so although others will smell your perfume, you won’t.
Absolutely! We always recommend trying on your skin first. Our sample Discovery set is the perfect way to test four fragrances from the comfort of your home.
The ‘INCI list’ (International Nomenclature Cosmetic Ingredient) states all potential allergens in our perfume so please check this list. We take no responsibility or liability for a possible allergic reaction as a result of using/wearing Bonde Parfums perfume purchased from this site.
Bonde Parfums fragrances are unisex.
This is a pretty normal phenomena! We can confirm that we have not changed any of our formulations. New fragrance bottles tend to smell different than older fragrance bottles and samples. This is usually due to oxidation. Fragrance oxidizes over time, meaning that the older and more frequently used the scent is, the greater the chance that oxygen gets into the bottle. This introduction of oxygen to your fragrance juice causes the alcohol in your fragrance to dissolve, the First (aka top) Notes to flee, the color to change, and even the scent to get stronger.
We endeavor to ship our products to every country in the world. However, we are not able to send Eau de Parfum to the following countries; Australia, Brazil, Russia, Saudi Arabia and Norway. This is due to carrier restrictions on perfume which is considered a dangerous good due to its alcohol content.
