Private Blending Consultations

Private Blending Consultations are pre-booked and pre-paid.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you send us an email with a minimum of 3 days notice to reschedule your appointment. Bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 3 days’ notice will be non-reschedulable. You may reschedule your booking once. 

We thank you for your understanding. Giving us a cancellation notice will help us keep hosting great quality experiences.

Private Group Workshops

Our Private Group Workshops are pre-booked and available on specific days and time slots.

Private Group Workshops can be rescheduled once if given a minimum of 3 days notice. The rescheduled date has to fall within a period of 6 months.

No-shows without any notice will lose their booking and will not be able to reschedule to a later date. You may pass your booking on to someone else if you are unable to attend at the last minute. 

The Signature Workshops

Bookings for group workshops are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once within 3 months of your original booking date*.

We require 15 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled workshop. Bookings can be transferred to a person of your choice if you are unable to attend.

*for people having used a voucher to book their workshop, the rescheduled date must be within your voucher validity period.

Why we have a cancellation notice

If you give us a short notice under 15 days, we will unfortunately not be able to reschedule your booking.
Like all ticketed events with limited spaces, we have a cancellation policy, to which you have agreed to when placing your order. Our Terms & Conditions clearly stipulate our policies and we actively highlight these before and after purchase.

We host workshops with a limited number of participants, and as a result get fully booked weeks in advance. We also experience a high demand and have to turn down other enquiries once a workshop is fully booked.

We want to make sure our experiences remain of the best quality and enjoyable for all those attending. Late cancellations are not only difficult to fill, but impact the quality of our experiences for others.
Attendees unable to join will not be entitled to a refund or rescheduling to a later date, under any circumstances, whether it is for a personal or professional emergency.

Using your Voucher

Vouchers are non-refundable past the 14-day retraction period from order.
All experience vouchers have a one-year validity period which can be redeemed up until the day of its expiry date (even if you are booking for a later appointment date).

Vouchers can not be extended under any circumstances, nor be exchanged for cash vouchers. Vouchers are not assigned to a specific name or recipient; should you be unable to use it for yourself due to personal circumstances, you may gift it to someone else.

Why do vouchers have an expiry date?

Vouchers and experience vouchers come with an expiry date as we may decide to make changes to our products and experiences over time, which will mean your voucher no longer applies to the updated product or experience.

For instance, we can adjust our pricing, or discontinue our experiences and products over time, creating a discrepancy between your voucher and the latest version experience available.

As we offer a year-long validity period, we allow for plenty of time for the vouchers to be redeemed with many workshop opportunities to attend on a weekly basis.
